Specializing in the intersection of Sport and Business, Arlesha Amazan is a multifaceted Marketing Executive & Strategist with over a decade of experience in the sports business landscape managing and facilitating the off-court brand and business endeavors for prolific athletes and working with notable blue-chip brands. Her career mix has spanned the likes of professional athletes such as NBA Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade, the NBA’s reigning Defensive Player of the Year Jaren Jackson Jr., Miami HEAT legend Udonis Haslem and most recently 4-time NBA champion Stephen Curry.

In her most recent role as Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships & Development/Marketing at SC30 Inc., founded by Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors, she led the brand development and strategic partnership efforts for SC30's owned platforms, enterprise initiatives and intellectual property, leveraging her expertise in engaging diverse and loyal fan bases and crafting remarkable strategies and campaigns for athletes and leading brands.

Arlesha is passionate about empowering category-defining entities and properties to amplify their impact and diversify their output.  She has a proven track record of designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, product releases, business initiatives and unique partnerships for some of the world’s most influential athletes and brand partners such as Gatorade, Stance, Nike, Meta and clients such as Google, Ally. 

In 2020, Arlesha was recruited by longtime client Dwyane Wade and key stakeholders to join and formalize a new business venture within CAASport’s Brand Consulting division. It was there that as a co-founding leader of CAA Amp— a cultural strategy marketing group that helped brands connect with diverse audiences— Arlesha leaned on her expertise in identifying the marketing desires of sports fans & consumers who engage with athletes, leagues & teams.

Arlesha began her career in the Sports and Entertainment industry in the Summer of 2010 (during Miami HEAT’s “Big Three” era). She currently lives in Miami, Florida where she enjoys burning dinner, sipping wine & planning trips across the world.
